We Built the Kind of Physical Therapy Clinic Active People Deserve
We saw too many active people rushed through short visits, handed generic exercises, and told to stop the activities they loved.
We knew physical therapy could be better.
Momentum was built to give you the time, attention, and clear plan that high-volume healthcare often cannot provide.
Every session is one-on-one. We listen to your goals, watch how you move, and build your care around the life and activities you want to return to.
We are not here to make you dependent on treatment. We are here to help you understand your body, rebuild strength, and move forward with confidence.
Clarissa and Sarah started Momentum Performance & Physical Therapy in 2025. After a number of years working in a high volume outpatient clinic, we felt constrained by the healthcare system and were limited by what insurance deemed appropriate for care.
Clarissa and Sarah combine their backgrounds, education and passion for the field of physical therapy at Momentum PT. Clients can expect us to take time to listen to your story, develop an individualized plan, for them to achieve their goals. We find it extremely rewarding to see patients implement tools they have learned in the clinic, and use them to aid in their rehabilitation process.
We are truly obsessed with becoming the best physical therapists and providing the best care in the Willamette Valley. Our model prioritizes mobility and our understanding of biomechanics to prevent injuries. By utilizing creativity to maximize the body’s potential it allows us to create a space where we combine fitness, mobility and strength training.
Additionally, you will often find both of our working dogs, Camo and Remi at the clinic. Both dogs are a unique part of the culture we have created at Momentum PT.
