In many cases, we can actually save you money, especially if:
You have a high deductible — you’re paying cash anyway until that’s met.

Yes! While we don’t bill insurance directly, we provide you with a superbill — a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.
Many of our clients are able to receive reimbursement depending on their specific plan and benefits.
Not sure where to start? We’re happy to help you understand your out-of-network benefits and guide you through the key questions to ask your insurance provider, so you feel confident about your options.

Yes! Physical therapy is an eligible medical expense under most Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
You can use your HSA/FSA card to pay directly for your sessions, or we can provide an itemized receipt if your provider requires documentation.
If you have questions about how to use these accounts, we're happy to walk you through it.

A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes all the information your insurance company needs for out-of-network reimbursement. It typically includes:
Your diagnosis and treatment codes
Our clinic’s information and provider credentials
Dates of service and charges
We’ll provide this to you after your visit — just submit it to your insurance, and they’ll review it based on your plan’s benefits.
-
No referral needed! In the state of Oregon, you have direct access to physical therapy — which means you can see us without a referral from a doctor.
This allows you to start treatment sooner and take action on your pain, injury, or performance goals without unnecessary delays.
If your insurance plan requires a referral for reimbursement, we’ll help you navigate that process.
